Dear readers,
In this email - below the paywall - paid subscribers will find the cover for Volume I., our first digital magazine of the year. It was illustrated by the excellent John Sheehan, working with SCOUTED for the first time, and of course features ______!
Before we pull the trigger, I'd just like to make it clear how Volume I. will work on release (we'll have an explainer in the email, too).
On release day, you'll receive one email containing the Editorial of Volume I. and a table of contents. There, you'll be able to read the introduction to the collection and pick which story you'd like to read first - each will be published individually to the website.
However, Volume I. was designed primarily to be read as a traditional magazine, front-to-back. As promised, we've designed a .pdf for subscribers to download and keep. That will be below the paywall in the Editorial email. Grab it, keep it, read it on a phone or laptop or tablet, or print it out ;-)
Finally, we'd just like to say: we can't stop people sharing the magazine once they've downloaded it. All we ask is to please remember we work incredibly hard at this and independent writing of this kind is not exactly flying, financially.
